Roma Pizza Union opened in 2023 on a simple idea: real New York-style pizza shouldn't require a road trip to New York. We hand-stretch every pie, blister the crust in a hot oven, and finish it the way it's been done for generations — sauce, mozzarella, and just the right amount of swagger.

We've been a fixture on N. Duncan Bypass since day one, proud to feed Union, Buffalo, Jonesville, Carlisle, and the rest of Union County.
